How Often Should I Clean My Home?Cleaning frequency varies per person. While weekly cleaning suits many, it’s not always feasible. HOME HEALTHY offers flexible options weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time, to fit different schedules and budgets. With free estimates and no contracts, you can adjust as needed. Your desired cleanliness level and upkeep will guide your choice. HOME HEALTHY is here to provide customizable, affordable services.

How does cancellation work?We understand that life happens but we are a company that has fixed expenses just like any other company out there. We adopted a cancellation/rescheduling policy we find to be fair for us and our valued customers: • Cancellation 48 hours before scheduled cleaning: No payment needed • Cancellation on the day of cleaning: Full payment will be required. • Rescheduling within the same week of scheduled cleaning (if a spot is available on schedule): No payment needed. IMPORTANT NOTE All cleanings must be done according to the agreed schedule (weekly, biweekly, and monthly). Prices change if longer periods of time pass without a cleaning. For example: if a customer hires us for a biweekly cleaning and ends up having the next cleaning 3 or 4 weeks later, we will not charge the same amount of a biweekly cleaning.
