Post-construction cleaning is an essential process to ensure that the environment is safe, habitable, and free of construction debris.

Cleaning Procedure

Gross Debris Removal:
• Collect and properly dispose of materials such as wood scraps, drywall remnants, plastics, and other debris.
• Use an industrial vacuum to remove dust and fine particles from all surfaces.

Surface Cleaning:
• Clean walls, ceilings, and baseboards with lightly dampened microfiber cloths.
• Sanitize doors, windows, and frames using appropriate products for each material (glass, wood, metal).

Floors:
• Sweep and vacuum loose debris.
• Wash ceramic, porcelain, and stone floors with non-abrasive products.
• Apply wax or sealers to wooden floors as specified by the client.

Bathrooms and Kitchens:
• Disinfect surfaces, including sinks, countertops, toilets, and showers.
• Remove grout, paint, and sealant residues from tiles and sanitary ware.

Final Inspection:
• Inspect all areas to ensure no debris remains.
• Perform touch-ups on spots that require additional attention.
